Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will collaborate with team members in designing, producing, testing, or implementing moderately complex software, technology, or processes, as well as create and maintain IT architecture, large‑scale data stores, and cloud‑based systems. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SDET Engineer to join our Enterprise Data Engineering team.
As an SDET Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our data platforms and services through automated testing and continuous integration practices. The role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test suites for backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git Lab, or Azure Dev Ops.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to best practices in test automation and software quality.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and drive resolution.
- Develop performance and load testing strategies for large‑scale data systems.
- 2 years of experience
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, or Cypress.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SQL, and data validation techniques.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Experience testing data pipelines, ETL processes, or big data platforms (e.g., Spark, Kafka).
- Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Salesforce) is a plus.
- ISTQB or equivalent certification is a plus.
Salary Range: $121,000 to $158,000 a year
Requisition compensation: 121000 to 158000

For most roles, employees are expected to work onsite on a regular basis at their designated office location. In‑office work cadence is determined by the manager. Proximity within a reasonable commute to the designated office location is preferred unless the job is noted as open to remote.
