Reston, VA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Role

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java backend, Spring, RDS, and AWS Cloud. Mortgage domain experience is a plus, and familiarity with GenAI is desirable.

The candidate will perform high-complexity analysis, design, development, and unit testing of software applications based on user requirements and design documents. This role also involves resolving defects encountered during various testing cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze, design, develop, and unit test system-level applications from user requirements and design documents.

Resolve defects encountered during various testing cycles.

Apply strong knowledge of SDLC and software development best practices.

Utilize programming languages, application servers, database servers, and system architectures to meet business needs.

Develop and maintain applications using J2EE, Java, EJB, ASP, Power Builder, C, C++, SQL, CGI, Windows, NT, Visual Basic, Oracle, Sybase, MQ Series (as applicable).

Required

Skills & Experience:

10+ years of software development experience.

Strong expertise in Java backend, Spring Framework, RDS, and AWS Cloud.

Solid understanding of programming languages and modern development practices.

Experience developing system-level applications and complex software solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Professional certifications are a plus.

Nice to Have:

Experience in the Mortgage domain.

Familiarity with GenAI technologies.
