Job Description As a valued colleague on our team, you will collaborate with team in designing, producing, testing, or implementing moderately complex software, technology, or processes, as well as create and maintain IT architecture, large scale data stores, and cloud-based systems.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThis Senior Salesforce Developer role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Agentforce and Salesforce APIs.Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define and implement efficient, end-to-end business processes.

Apply Salesforce development best practices including code reusability, bulk-safe coding, and reusable component architecture.

Drive bi-weekly release cycles, ensuring high-quality deliverables and quick turnaround on enhancements and fixes.

Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce implementations, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews, technical design sessions, and architectural decisions.

Ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with enterprise architecture and strategic IT goals.

Lead code reviews, enforce standards, and ensure adherence to security and performance guidelines.

Manage deployment processes using CI/CD tools, version control (e.g., Gitlab), and Salesforce DX.Stay current with Salesforce releases and proactively recommend enhancements to leverage new platform capabilities.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to performance, data integrity, and system behavior.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM Minimum Required Experiences:2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and 2+ years as a senior developer.

Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, Process Builder, and custom metadata types.

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events).Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with bi-weekly sprint cycles and CI/CD pipelines.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly analyze issues, and deliver effective solutions under tight deadlines.

Desired Experiences:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and 3+ years as a senior developer.

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect are highly preferred.

Development experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud5+ years of overall IT experience, with proven leadership in enterprise-level projects.
