* Key Responsibilities:

*** Develop avionics software solutions in line with company and industry standards
* Design scalable software architectures that evolve with product needs
* Contribute to all phases of development: design, coding, and documentation
* Solve complex technical challenges across new and existing systems
* Participate in code reviews and peer evaluations to ensure quality
** What You Bring (Required Qualifications):
*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related field
* 2+ years of experience in software development
* Proficiency in C/C++
* Willingness to travel up to 15%
** What Sets You Apart (Preferred Qualifications):
*** Experience with flight management, autopilot, navigation, or other avionics systems
* Familiarity with software configuration and requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS)
* Knowledge of DO-178C certification processes
* Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS)
* Experience with communication protocols (e.g., RS-232, RS-422, ARINC 429, CAN bus, IEEE-1394)
* Background in avionics software development

** Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
*** Summary pay range**:  Level II: $85,000 - $107,000;
Level III: $100,000 - $135,000;
Level IV: $125,000 - $165,000
