Pay: £88.94 - £95 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella fees)

About the Role

As a Level 3 TA, you will support teaching and learning, deliver small-group interventions, provide 1:1 support where required, and help maintain an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with children, enjoys variety, and is looking for flexible work across supportive primary settings.

Key Responsibilities

Support learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Deliver small-group interventions and targeted activities
Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
Assist teachers in preparing resources and classroom organisation
Encourage pupil engagement, independence, and positive behaviour
Contribute to a safe, nurturing school environment

Candidate Requirements

✔ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
✔ A minimum of 6 months experience in a UK primary school
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ Ability to support a range of learners, including SEN pupils
✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
