Curriculum Centre Manager and Leadership Team Personal Assistant (Maternity Cover)

Curriculum Centre Manager and Leadership Team Personal Assistant to join an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ provider on a fixed term maternity cover at ATTFE College. This role offers 37 hours per week, all year round, and commences in October 2026.

Responsibilities

Act as Personal Assistant to the Leadership Team and support the Curriculum Centre Manager in the delivery of college activities.

Perform a busy and varied administrative role within a college/education setting, including minute‑taking, data entry and managing schedules.

Use Microsoft Office, One Drive and SharePoint to maintain accurate records.

Provide excellent interpersonal and communication skills, working to deadlines, maintaining confidentiality and tackling a variety of tasks independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

GCSEs in Maths and English at grade A‑C (9‑4) or equivalent.

Demonstrated experience in a busy administrative role, preferably within a college or education setting.

Proven typing skills, minute‑taking, ICT competencies.

Positive, flexible, approachable, able to work independently and within a team.
