We’re working with a brilliant secondary school in Retford on the lookout for a confident, committed Science Teacher. Whether your thing is atoms, evolution, or circuits, this role offers a warm welcome, a solid department, and a class full of curious minds ready to be inspired.

Your role will include:

• Teaching engaging Science lessons to KS3 and KS4 pupils

• Creating a classroom where every student feels seen and supported

• Managing behaviour with confidence and kindness

• Joining a team that actually enjoys collaboration and sharing best practice

What you’ll need:

• UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification

• Strong subject knowledge and a bit of classroom sparkle

• The ability to adapt your style to meet a range of learning needs

• A love of all things science (and a working knowledge of the school kettle!)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
