Randstad Education in Retford, Nottinghamshire, is recruiting three SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist setting serving pupils aged 5 to 19 with ASC, ADHD, and communication needs. These are full-time roles starting September 2026, offering a clear temp-to-perm pathway and long-term school contract potential.
You will support classrooms 1:1 and in small groups, use PECS/Makaton, and help pupils with routines and life-skills while working with therapists and teachers.
