, an education agency, is excited to be recruiting for a dedicated Mid-day Supervisor to join supportive primary schools in Retford
. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain invaluable experience within a school setting, with working hours that perfectly fit around the school day (typically 11:30 am - 1:00 pm).

• Actively supervising children in the dining hall, promoting positive eating habits and a social atmosphere.
• Managing and engaging with pupils during outdoor and indoor play, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all.
• Upholding school behaviour policies and encouraging positive interactions.
• Taking responsibility for the safety and well-being of all pupils in the teacher's absence.
• Assisting with minor first aid incidents and reporting any concerns, following robust safeguarding procedures.

Do you have?

• A natural ability to build rapport and positive relationships with children of primary age.
• A firm understanding of, and commitment to, safeguarding and child welfare.
• Resilience, initiative, and strong leadership qualities to manage groups effectively.
• Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with children, teaching staff, and our agency.

• A paediatric first aid qualification.
• Previous experience in a school, nursery, or similar childcare setting.
• A genuine passion for education and a desire to build a long-term career in the sector.
• An enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
