Process / Maintenance Engineer (Mon-Fri - DAYS) £35,000 - £40,000  Specialist Training  Career Progression  Company Bonus  33 Days Holiday Site based in Bicester. Commutable from Oxford, Milton Keynes, Brackley, Banbury, Aylesbury, Chipping Norton and surrounding areas Are you from a Maintenance or strong Engineering background and looking for a semi-off-the-tools role within a long-standing market leader, that will invest in you with specialist internal and external training, give the ability to become a go-to technical expert and maintain a great work life balance?

This company are a market leading multi-national manufacturer of consumer products. The role would be based at one of their production sites. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand the headcount and strengthen the Engineering team.

The duties within this role are twofold, helping within the maintenance team but also looking at how machinery, systems and engineering processes could be improved. There is a great amount of training included so candidates from any strong Engineering backgrounds are encouraged to apply. The Role:

* Helping within the maintenance Team
* Looking at processes and continuous improvement for production / machinery
* Monday - Friday DAYS based role
