We are looking for a confident Housekeeping Supervisor with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You’ll be working full time, 40 hours a week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care ches is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities who may also present with behaviours that challenge. Cygnet Group is looking for an outstanding Housekeeping Supervisor with a passion for making a difference to others.
You’ll be working full time, 40 hours a week at Beeches.
Your day-to-day
- Provide a general housekeeping service & ensure the site maintains a high level of cleanliness.
- Conduct regular staff supervision & annual appraisals.
- Carry out daily & weekly cleaning regimes & monitor stock & equipment.
- Employ safe working practices & adhere to health & safety procedures.
- Comply with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations.
- Monitor & audit the level of service provided against the agreed standards.
You have...
- Previous supervisory experience.
- COSHH & Health & Safety training.
- Experience in housekeeping or domestic work in care/hospital setting.
- A friendly, conscientious & positive attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- The ability to maintain confidential information.
