Housekeeping Supervisor

Cygnet Group is looking for an outstanding Housekeeping Supervisor with a passion for making a difference to others.

You’ll be working full time, 40 hours a week at Beeches.

Your day-to-day

• Provide a general housekeeping service & ensure the site maintains a high level of cleanliness.
• Conduct regular staff supervision & annual appraisals.
• Carry out daily & weekly cleaning regimes & monitor stock & equipment.
• Employ safe working practices & adhere to health & safety procedures.
• Comply with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations.
• Monitor & audit the level of service provided against the agreed standards.

You have...

• Previous supervisory experience.
• COSHH & Health & Safety training.
• Experience in housekeeping or domestic work in care/hospital setting.
• A friendly, conscientious & positive attitude.
• Good communication skills.
• The ability to maintain confidential information.
