Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 Active Lifestyles Instructor for a high secure mental health setting. You will deliver structured physical activity, education and rehabilitation sessions, working with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and wellbeing.
In addition to base salary, this role carries a £7,000 High Secure Payment per annum. You will motivate patients, record progress and help maintain a safe environment while adhering to Trust
