Newark
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Hours:
10:00am - 2:00pm (Monday-Friday)
We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to join our team in Newark. This is a part‑time role ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and well‑presented environment.
Key Responsibilities- Opening and securing the premises
- General maintenance and basic repairs
- Carrying out health & safety checks
- Monitoring site security
- Liaising with contractors where required
- Ensuring the site remains clean and tidy
- Previous caretaking or maintenance experience preferred
- Practical and hands‑on approach
- Good understanding of health & safety
- Trustworthy and dependable
- Able to work independently
