Job Title: Aluminium Fabricator

Location: Retford (DN22), Nottinghamshire

Job Type: Full-Time Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £14.75 per hour + weekly performance bonus.

We are currently looking for Aluminium Fabricators to join our clients growing production team based in Retford (DN22). This is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time position within a well-established, fast-growing manufacturing company operating from modern, state-of-the-art facilities. This starts as a temp role with the opportunity to become permanent after 12 weeks.

• Monday Thursday: 8:00am 5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am 2:30pm

• Fabricating aluminium window, door, and glazing systems to specification
• Reading and working from technical drawings and production schedules
• Ensuring all work meets strict quality and safety standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
• Working collaboratively within a production team to meet output targets

• Minimum 3 years aluminium fabrication experience/ similar.
• Ability to work accurately to technical drawings and measurements
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Commitment to producing high-quality finished products

• Competitive pay up to £14.75 per hour depending on experience.

• Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate
