About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Engineer with experience in mass manufacturing environments. As a Process Engineer you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure consistent product quality.
This role requires a hands‑on approach to problem solving and a strong understanding of manufacturing systems and continuous improvement methodologies. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will assist with designing, implementing, controlling and optimising all processes and machinery within the manufacturing area and support the implementation of our Manufacturing Excellence (ME) projects.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and improve existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high quality standards
- Develop and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement tools
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, R&D, and Production to support operational goals
- Create and maintain process documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, and process flow diagrams
- Monitor and analyze production data and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Support the introduction of new products and technologies into the manufacturing process
- Troubleshoot process‑related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Train production staff on new processes and equipment
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a process engineering role within a mass manufacturing or industrial production environment
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, automation, and process control
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies (certification is a plus)
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in CAD software, process simulation tools, and data analysis platforms
