STEP Fusion is seeking a Product Quality Manager to lead the Quality Strategy for the STEP programme. You will ensure products are safe, fit-for-purpose, certifiable, and designed for lifecycle performance from concept through operation.
Reporting to the Head of Engineering Assurance, you will manage certification activities, audits, and continuous improvement across the design authority, engineering and supply chain teams. Strong regulatory engagement is essential.
