UK Fusion Energy Ltd. (UKFE) is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to define and deliver the Quality Strategy for the STEP fusion programme.
You will lead the SQ&MA function, ensuring safe, compliant, and high‑quality outcomes across the lifecycle from design to operation. Reporting to the Head of Safety, Quality & Mission Assurance, you will interact with the Design Authority, regulators, delivery partners, and external assurance bodies to build confidence in STEP’s capabilities and certification
