Shillito Group are working exclusively with a highly regarded independent Chartered Surveyors practice based near Retford to recruit an ambitious Residential Chartered Surveyor.

With the support of a dedicated booking office managing your diary, you'll have the time and freedom to focus on what you do best - delivering first-class surveys, building trusted relationships and providing an exceptional service to clients.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Undertaking RICS Level 2 Homebuyer Reports.
  • Completing RICS Level 3 Building Surveys.
  • Carrying out Mortgage Valuations (subject to lender panel accreditation).
  • Producing clear, accurate and RICS-compliant reports.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors and other professionals.
  • Building and maintaining referral relationships across the local market.
  • Identifying opportunities to support the continued growth of the practice.
  • Representing the business professionally while helping maintain its excellent reputation.
About You
  • MRICS qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience independently undertaking Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A personable and professional approach with clients.
  • Commercial awareness and a genuine interest in contributing to the continued success of the business.
  • A full UK driving licence and your own transport.

Applications are also welcomed from experienced AssocRICS Surveyors who can demonstrate strong residential surveying experience.
