Forklift Driver

Our client baased on the ourskirts of Lincoln is currently recruititng for FLT drivers/ Counterbalance drivers.

Candidates MUST have transport due to the location of the role. This is commuatlbe from Retford, Worksop, Tuxford & other surround areas.

• Operating forklifts safely and efficiently (Counterbalance)
• Supporting warehouse operations
• Working as part of a growing, collaborative team
• Following health & safety procedures at all times

This role operates on a rotating days and nights schedule:

• 6:00am – 6:00pm
• 6:00pm – 6:00am

You will work only 8 night shifts per month
, with the remainder of your rota made up of day shifts and days off — offering excellent work-life balance within a full-time role.

• £13.47 per hour (first 42 hours per week)
• £20.21 per hour overtime (after 42 hours per week)

• Previous warehouse or forklift experience
