Lead financial reporting and compilations with BDO in a Manager role, using Caseware, Sage, Quick Books, and Excel across client engagements.
BDO Canada seeks a Manager for its Financial Reporting & Insights team. You will support privately held businesses through compilations, financial statements, and corporate and personal tax compliance. The position combines engagement oversight with technical guidance and client service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage financial reporting and compilation engagements
- Review working papers and financial statements
- Prepare corporate and personal tax returns
- Guide team members on technical and professional standards
- Manage timelines, budgets, and staff assignments
- Two to three years managing public accounting engagements
- Experience with compilations and tax compliance
- Strong private enterprise financial reporting experience
- Ability to manage multiple client priorities
- Proficiency with Caseware, Sage, Quick Books, and Excel
