Radio Dispatch Attendant

Coordinate radio dispatch and emergency communications for CMH Revelstoke in a full-time seasonal position based in Revelstoke, BC. Track field operations, aircraft, guests, and staff.

As Radio Duty Attendant, you will support CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures through radio dispatch, logistical coordination, and office administration. The position reports to the Lodge Manager and operates on a 10-hour split shift, three to four shifts weekly. You will use Word and Excel while maintaining accurate operational records.

• Provide radio dispatch for field operations
• Operate base radio during emergency responses
• Track helicopter, guest, and staff locations
• Record helicopter flight time and fuel usage
• Support wildlife tracking, cleaning, and company vehicle driving

• Radio dispatch experience considered an asset
• Intermediate Word and Excel computer skills
• First aid certificate preferred
• Luxury hospitality or remote ski lodge background preferred
• Clear communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
