Job SummaryIn this Restaurant Kitchen Management (KM) role, you will manage restaurant back of house / kitchen teams along with assistant manager roles and duties working as a member of the restaurant kitchen management team. Kitchen leadership experience is preferred in this BOH leadership / Heart of House role.
Responsibilities- Manage restaurant back of house/kitchen teams.
- Lead the team to produce high‑quality food.
- Coordinate with assistant managers on kitchen operations.
- Maintain kitchen standards and safety regulations.
- 1‑2+ years of Kitchen Leadership experience required.
- Passion for leading a team and creating high quality food.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Training – An in‑depth & comprehensive Management Training Program.
- Stability – We have some of the lowest manager & hourly turnover in the industry, meaning the team you’ll be a part of doesn’t change nearly as often as other restaurants.
