Water Damage Technician

At Voda, we specialize in carpet and floor cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, water or storm damage restoration, mold mitigation, air duct cleaning, odor removal, and more.

Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.

• Effectively perform all water damage mitigation and restoration services the company offers.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Inspect completed work.
• Complete the technician’s daily log.
• Complete work orders and appropriate documentation.
• Maintain appearance and stock of tools, materials, and supplies in company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of related supplies.

• High‑school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills and ability to apply techniques to determine equipment type and quantity.
• Basic computer proficiency (email, portable devices, reporting).
• Certification in water mitigation, mold, or related services preferred.
