Job Description:
Billabong High International School is seeking a dedicated and organized School Librarian who can effectively manage the school library and promote reading habits among students in alignment with the academic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize the school library, books, and other learning resources.
Maintain library records, cataloguing, and inventory of books.
Assist students and teachers in locating academic resources and reference materials.
Encourage reading habits and support students in research and project work.
Ensure proper maintenance and discipline within the library.
Coordinate with teachers for library periods and academic activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
B.Lib / M.Lib (Library Science)
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a librarian
Background: Candidates with CBSE school experience will be preferred
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Accommodation: Provided by the school
Joining: Immediate joining required.
