Location:

Rexburg, ‑time 20‑29 hours per week. Starting pay $14.50/hour (grow to $15.00/hour after training). Graves shift pay $15.50/hour (grow to $16.00/hour after training).

• Two weeks of interactive training Monday‑Friday upon hire.

• Process alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally while managing stressful situations.
• Dispatch appropriate authorities in emergencies, verify help is on the way, and notify responsible parties.
• Assist alarm company partners with system tests to ensure alarms function properly.
• Accurately document all responses in the computer system.
• Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks.
• Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure accurate handling of alarms and foster professional growth.

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
• Willingness to work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
• Commitment to work the assigned shift for at least six months.
• Ability to complete a fully‑paid two‑week training class.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug test and background check.
