Video Monitoring Specialist

Rexburg, Idaho – This position is in-office.

At Becklar, we monitor state-of-the-art video alarms to keep property and people safe. Our Customer Service Video Alarm Operators process video alarms accurately and promptly while providing a high level of detail through our ticketing system. • Process video alarm signals quickly, accurately and professionally.
li>Provide a high level of detail through the ticketing process.
• Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks.

• 1+ year of customer service experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail is a must.
• Must be able to type, write, and speak English.
• Must be able to use technology efficiently for an extended amount of time.
• Minimum of 16 working hours per week.

• 1 Year of phone customer service.
• 1 Year of security experience.
• Bilingual is a plus.
