- Flexible scheduling – days, swings, and grave shifts offering great flexibility for college students and those needing to work around almost any schedule.
- Growth opportunities – we are growing at over 200,000 subscribers a year and always look internally first for promotions.
- Part‑time – 20–29 hours per week.
- Start pay $14.50/hour with the ability to make up to $15.00/hour after full training.
- Grave shift starting pay $15.50/hour with the ability to make up to $16.00/hour after full training.

- Upon hire, there will be two weeks of fun and interactive training that will take place Monday‑Friday.
- Process alarm signals quickly, accurately and professionally while managing stressful situations.
- Dispatch the proper authorities to subscribers' locations in emergencies, verify help is on the way, and notify responsible parties.
- Assist our alarm company partners with alarm system tests to ensure subscribers' alarms are working properly.
- Accurately document all responses for the alarm on the computer.
- Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks.
- Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure the accurate handling of alarms and foster your professional growth with our team.
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm.
- Must be willing to work every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Must be able to work the assigned shift for at least 6 months after hire.
- Commitment to a 6‑month work period.
- Must pass a 2‑week fully paid training class.
- Must pass a pre‑employment drug test and background check.
