• Starting pay $14.50/hour with the ability to make up to $15.00/hour after full training;
  Graves starting pay $15.50/hour with the ability to make up to $16.00/hour after full training.

• Upon hire, there will be two weeks of fun and interactive training that takes place Monday‑Friday.

• Process alarm signals quickly, accurately, and professionally while managing stressful situations.
• Dispatch the proper authorities to subscriber locations in emergencies, verify that help is on the way, and notify responsible parties.
• Assist our alarm company partners with alarm system tests to ensure subscriber alarms are working properly.
• Accurately document all responses for the alarm on the computer.
• Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks.
• Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure accurate handling of alarms and to foster your professional growth with our team.

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.
• Willingness to work a 24/7 schedule, including alternating weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
• Ability to work the shift you are assigned to when hired for at least six months.
• Commitment to a six‑month tenure at Becklar.
• Must be able to pass a two‑week, fully‑paid training class.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug test and background check.
