Medical Director of Surgical Services (Part-time)

Madisonhealth seeks a part-time Medical Director of Surgical Services to provide clinical oversight and strategic direction for its surgical service line. This position plays a key leadership role in ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered care across both inpatient and outpatient surgical settings. The director works closely with perioperative services, anesthesia, and hospital leadership to improve outcomes and optimize department operations.

Part time

• M.D. or D.O. with unrestricted Idaho medical license (or eligibility)
• Board certified in a surgical specialty (e.g., General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery)
• Minimum 5 years of clinical surgical experience
• Prior leadership or administrative experience in surgical or perioperative services preferred
• Strong commitment to quality improvement and collaborative leadership
