Madisonhealth is seeking a Medical Director of Emergency Services to provide both administrative leadership and direct patient care in its Emergency Department in Rexburg, Idaho. This hybrid role requires scheduled clinical shifts as well as administrative oversight. The director will lead initiatives to improve clinical quality, department operations, and provider performance, while collaborating with hospital leadership, nursing, and EMS partners to ensure high-quality emergency care in a rural community setting.
Schedule
:
Part Time
- M.D. or D.O. with unrestricted license to practice in Idaho (or eligibility)
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine required
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in emergency medicine
- Leadership experience in emergency or acute care settings preferred
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills
- Dedication to rural emergency medicine and team-based care delivery
