We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consulting Analyst – Subject Matter Expert (SME) in FHA Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) loan servicing, the federal Housing Administration’s reverse mortgage, to support a federal government program delivering Service as a software capability. This role will provide deep domain expertise across HECM servicing operations, financial management, and mortgage servicing technology platforms, helping ensure program success and compliance with FHA and HUD requirements.

The SME will serve as a strategic advisor to program leadership, guiding operational processes, portfolio management practices, and system implementations that support the lifecycle management of HECM loans. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the program aligns with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and mission objectives tied to federal housing initiatives.

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in FHA Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) loan servicing, the Federal Housing Administration’s reverse mortgage.
• Support the design, implementation, and optimization of mortgage servicing technology platforms and information systems used to manage HECM portfolios.
• Analyze servicing workflows, system integrations, and operational processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with program management, technical teams, and government stakeholders to support successful delivery of BSP services for the HECM program.
