Now hiring an Occupational Therapist in Rexburg, Idaho. This pediatric occupational therapist job based primarily in Rexburg, Idaho is a full‑time or part‑time outpatient role with mentorship, a flexible schedule, and excellent benefits. Rehab Specialists of Idaho is one of the area's largest providers of outpatient therapy services. Our team of over 50 skilled professionals offer:

• Physical therapy
• Occupational therapy
• Speech‑language pathology

We provide services through four RSI clinics (Island Park, Ashton, Rigby, Rexburg), Madison Memorial Hospital, home health agencies, school districts throughout Madison, Jefferson, and Fremont counties, and through the Idaho Infant Toddler Program.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients across age groups
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy for developmental delays, injury recovery, chronic conditions, and functional impairments
• Document patient progress using Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Educate caregivers, teachers, and family members on treatment strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and other therapists
• Provide services in multiple settings, including clinics, schools, hospitals, and home environments

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program (required)
• Successfully passed the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam or eligible to sit for exam
• Licensed (or license‑eligible) Occupational Therapist in Idaho
• Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and flexibility
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

• Starting salary for new graduates begins at $70,000/year (DOE)
