Emergency Room - Health Unit Coordinator (FT)

Schedule: Full Time Day Shift 6am-6pm; rotating weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities: Provides indirect patient care consistent with unit standards, facilitates communication needs of patient/family, departmental staff, and medical staff, prepares and compiles patient records using various computer programs.
Required Skills: Basic computer knowledge; medical terminology preferred; verbal and phone communication skills.
Minimum
Work Experience:
One year in a health care setting preferred.
Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
