Seasons Behavioral Health Clinic-Mental Health Therapist (FT)

The Mental Health Therapist will provide mental health counseling in the outpatient clinic for adults and children with acute and/or persistent symptoms of mental illness.

• Full Time
• Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

• Strong leadership ability and excellent interpersonal skills, as well as solid oral and written communication skills.
• Highly self‑motivated with a positive attitude and the flexibility and prioritization abilities to manage a mental health case load, crisis situations, and work tasks in a changing environment.
• Ability to maintain clear boundaries, utilize critical thinking and problem‑solving skills in collaboration with clients and peers.

• Mental Health Counseling 1 year (preferred)

• Candidate must be licensed in the State of Idaho in one of the following disciplines:
• Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has training with long term therapy
• Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Work (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
