• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative conditions
• Create customized treatment plans supported by digital tools and data tracking
• Use voice dictation software for fast, efficient documentation
• Collaborate with PTAs and clinic support staff to maximize outcomes
• Educate patients and families on therapy plans, progress, and home exercises

• Active Idaho Physical Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and collaboration skills
• Interest in digital health platforms (training provided)
• New graduates and experienced therapists welcome

• Monday – Friday schedule (no weekends or late shifts)
• Base Salary: $93,000+ per year based on experience
• Monthly performance bonus:
  Up to $12,000 annually
