As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant.

• Ensuring the restaurant is fully staffed at all times.
• Maintaining operational excellence for efficiency and effectiveness.

• Minimum of two years of restaurant, hospitality, or retail experience; additional leadership experience preferred.
• Food Handlers Card required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving ability.
• Strong business acumen, including understanding financial statements.
• Flexibility to work day/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
