Skills Trainer
Join us as a part‑time Skills Trainer at DWI (Develop, Worth, Independence) in Rexburg. You’ll shape futures and contribute to a mission that values the potential in every individual.

This part‑time position works Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 3:30 PM, with one day a week starting at 8 AM for training. As a Skills Trainer, you will design and implement training programs covering self‑care, economic self‑sufficiency, and other skills that empower individuals with disabilities to grow toward independence.
Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training modules that promote confidence and skill acquisition.
- Guide individuals through transformative journeys toward independence.
- Collaborate with staff and community partners to support individual goals.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Minimum 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred:
Experience working with individuals with disabilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fostering inclusivity.
