At Development Workshop, Inc. (DWI) we are a mission‑driven organization dedicated to assisting individuals with disabilities and others disadvantaged to achieve economic and social independence. The Rest Stop Job Coach is part‑time (29 hours per week) and supports clients who have secured employment to maintain and develop their vocational skills through direct coaching, support, and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients in maintaining and improving their vocational skills to achieve vocational goals.
- Provide direct job coaching, support, and advocacy as needed.
- Work Monday–Sunday as required, with hours determined by client needs and with a 24‑hour notice for additional work.
- Complete coaching records and reports and coordinate with client services.
- High school diploma or equivalency; preference for two years of related experience such as Vocational Rehabilitation, special education, teaching, or counseling.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain a Health and Welfare criminal background check.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Hourly pay starting at $13.00–$13.50.
