Administrative Professional 2 – Intermittent (Revenue, Data, Customer Service)

Temporary/intermittent position limited to 1,000 hours per fiscal year. Supports the Revenue, Data, Customer Service section of the Division of Industrial Compliance (DIC).

Assist management with reviewing and responding to or forwarding items from assorted DIC inboxes, provide customer service via phone, email, and in person, update customer records, generate and distribute documentation, and review customer applications for completion.

• 18 months experience or training in secretarial/administrative professional field OR completion of associate core coursework in secretarial science or business office applications from an accredited career school or community college.
• 6 months experience as Administrative Professional 1 (Job Code 16871) is an alternative.
• Equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above is an alternative.
