Receiving Clerk

Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented Receiving & Inventory Coordinator to support accurate inventory, documentation, and material flow. This role is ideal for someone with an accounting or numbers-focused mindset who enjoys working with data, paperwork, and inventory accuracy rather than physical dock work.

This is NOT a picker/packer or dock labor position.

• Oversee and coordinate daily receiving activities
• Verify incoming shipments, packing slips, and documentation in the ERP system
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure clean data entry
• Support shipping and receiving coordination across departments
• Validate order fulfillment, labeling, and shipment accuracy
• Participate in cycle counts and physical inventories
• Train and support receiving associates as needed
• Help enforce safety, quality, and internal control procedures
• Use Microsoft Office tools for tracking, reporting, and organization

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in receiving, inventory control, manufacturing, or material coordination
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
• Organized, analytical, and process-driven mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
