Dental Hygienist – East Broad Dental Care is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team. Hourly details:
Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM. There is a $12,500 sign-on bonus.

You’ll be an elite clinical provider and patient advocate, and an integral member of the patient care team. You’ll deliver exceptional lifetime care with best-in-class support through the Hygiene mentor program and educational offerings, while providing patients with time and attention needed and desired.

You’ll work in an environment that supports full clinical autonomy and access to a hygiene mentor program.

Provide outstanding patient care, invest in the community, and do it all with the support of Heartland Dental.

• Current dental hygienist license in Ohio and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

• New grads and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care
• Clinical needs as required by office

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
• Availability to attend virtual or in-person training sessions periodically
• TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN)
