Role Overview * ## Your Experience* ## Benefits* ## Location Develop and maintain strong partnerships and relationships with both Brand partners and other cross functional technology partners. Partner with technology vendor partners on current solutions, and evaluation of upgrades and new vendor solution options to meet Business needs. Demonstrate functional expertise in multiple areas and across multiple applications and systems. Serve as the overall Functional Lead on multiple projects or large-scale programs.

Own project work streams including Business and Technology relationships. Lead Business solution requirement and design discussions. Create functional designs, configuration, and final scope statement deliverables for enhancements or projects. Lead review sessions with user groups and cross functional technical teams. Align functional design with technical requirements. Support solution build through strong partnership with the development team. Own and lead project meetings to ensure deliverables are met, ensuring meetings have agendas, objectives are clear, and meetings are facilitated effectively and efficiently.

Understand Business and Technology roadmaps for the MP&A area and identify and engage appropriate cross functional Business and Technology partners in scoping efforts, vendor evaluation of new solutions and upgrades of current solutions, and support design, development, and release of new or enhanced technology applications. Own and deliver project communication, including regular status updates on all aspects of the project (in collaboration with the project manager when applicable).

Provide feedback and input on feasibility of technology solutions and identify opportunities for improvements to ensure Business needs are met. Prepare test scenarios for TUT, FIT, and UAT phases of project and enhancement work. Collaborate with the Testing Center of Excellence in mapping test scenarios to functional requirements and design. Understand and identify data needs, system data flow requirements, and recognize risks or impacts to business process or to adjoining systems or applications.

Report issues, concerns, gaps in technology designs, and work to address these timely to mitigate risk and missed technical requirements. Drive consistency and high quality of customer service. Recommend updates or changes to operational processes and steady state support to be more efficient and effective. Ensure overall quality and consistency of documentation in support and procedural libraries are maintained and accurate.
