** Essential duties and responsibilities
** The Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining a comprehensive training strategy that supports organizational performance, employee capability and long-term talent development. This role leads the creation of scalable learning programs and ensures training initiatives align with company goals and culture.
* Develop and execute a company-wide learning and development strategy that supports organizational growth and operational excellence.
* Create, implement and maintain training programs for frontline employees, managers and executives.
* Oversee training lifecycle including needs assessment, curriculum design, facilitation and evaluation.
* Research and introduce innovative learning solutions.
* Lead and facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops and leadership development programs.
* Coach and support internal SME to deliver high-quality training.
* Ensure training materials are current, engaging and aligned with operational standards and company culture.
* Own the design and delivery of orientation program.
* Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including content updates, reporting and compliance tracking.
* Establish and track KPIs related to learning effectiveness, training participation and ROI.
* Analyze data to evaluate program success and make recommendations for improvement.
* All other duties as assigned.
** Required Skills/Abilities:
*** Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education or organizational development or related field. Master’s preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in learning and development, organizational development or leadership development roles.
* Ability to build scalable programs in a past-paced and high growth environment.
* Excellent written and oral communication.
* Strong project management and stakeholder partnership skills.
* Proven experience in curriculum design, facilitation and program management.
* Experience working with an LMS and other learning technologies.
