- Install, diagnose, consult, and repair HVAC systems. Depending on experience.
- Present good/better/best solutions to clients using company-provided iPad. Only if doing sales too.
- Install IAQ, furnaces, AC units and everything related to HVAC systems. Repair/install gas and water lines, perform leak testing, soldering, pipe threading, pressing and more.
- Maintain a clean and organized work van and job site.
- Build trust with customers and ensure every job leaves a lasting, positive impression.
- 2+ years of HVAC experience (required).
- Knowledge of local codes and the ability to make on-the-job decisions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no more than 4 points).
- Strong technical skills, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in various climates and conditions.
