Inventory Specialist- 2nd Shift

The location for this position will be at 6606 Tussing Rd. Reynoldsburg, Ohio 43068.

• Protect the accuracy, integrity and salability of our client’s inventory and adhere to standard operating procedures and meet physical inventory and/or cycle count accuracy expectations
• Perform daily Cycle Counts and Count Requests, and manage RMA, Inbound and Hold Areas
• Safely and efficiently use appropriate power equipment (forklift, standup, walkie‑rider) in prescribed work methods and utilize radio frequency equipment as required
• Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and orderly manner
• Inspect equipment and report issues to maintenance
• Comply with OSHA and company safety policies and procedures
• All other duties as assigned

• High school or GED diploma preferred
• Previous experience with operational equipment (narrow aisle reach trucks, counter‑balance forklifts, RF scanners and WMS) preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools preferred

• Ability to follow directions
• Work well in teams and strong attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Accurately count and perform basic math functions

• Hear, read and comprehend, write, and communicate
• Continuously sit, type, and perform repetitive wrist motion
• Occasionally stand, walk, bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn or reach
• Focus (with or without corrective lenses) to see close and distant, along with depth perception capabilities
• Moderate overtime and occasional weekend work
• Work various shifts on short notice
• Spend 70 – 80% of time on warehouse floor in fast‑paced environment
