• Support the network established to service retail store deliveries, storage, as well as reverse logistics needs.
• Support strategic partnerships within a newly established parcel and delivery agent carrier network that services over 800 stores nationwide, enabling time‑definite delivery of more than 7 million cartons annually with a retail value exceeding $4B.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with brand and store operations teams to ensure transportation changes, initiatives, and plans are effectively integrated into domestic operations.
• Participate with cross‑functional teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities, including performance drivers, trend analysis, and reporting related to store delivery and ancillary network logistics services.

• Contribute to the development and execution of strategies that improve the store’s delivery experience, reliability, and cost efficiency in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the development and ongoing management of Victoria’s Secret domestic transportation network, including (but not limited to) inbound, outbound, delivery agent, and reverse logistics operations.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations for new network capabilities and enhancements that directly support store operations.
• Support internal performance reporting by analyzing key transportation and delivery metrics, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop operational strategies and contingency plans across varying forecast scenarios.
• Coordinate and participate in formal carrier service reviews, supporting performance evaluation, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support and guide junior team members as they monitor daily operational reporting and investigate identified issues or improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrate agility by responding effectively to change, maintaining a positive attitude, and continuously learning new processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Lead transportation initiatives and projects—such as carrier onboarding, process improvements, or new operational pilots—from planning through successful execution.
• Proactively identify operational risks and partner with internal and external teams to develop and execute mitigation plans.
• Lead discussions with cross‑functional leaders regarding upcoming volume trends, service updates, market conditions, and network performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Transportation, Logistics, or a related discipline preferred.
• 4–7 years of experience in transportation or logistics, with a strong focus on parcel shipping and delivery agent/courier operations.
• Demonstrated integrity, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence outcomes across teams and functions.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills, with the ability to independently assess situations, draw conclusions from data, and follow through on execution.
