GK Healthcare is currently recruiting experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) for ongoing agency shifts at a residential care home in the Rhayader area.

We are looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated individuals who are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care and supporting residents with their daily needs.

Shift Patterns

* Long Days: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm

* Nights: 8:00 pm – 8:00 am

Pay and Benefits

* £13 per hour (flat rate) plus holiday pay

* 2–5 shifts available per week

* Ongoing weekly shift opportunities

* Flexible agency work

Requirements

* Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a residential or care home setting

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* A caring, professional and reliable approach

* Ability to work long-day and night shifts
