Happy Nurse in Rhenen zoekt een Begeleider n4 die cliënten helpt naar meer zelfstandigheid. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor individuele begeleidingsplannen en coacht collega's. Flexibiliteit in werkuren is hier belangrijk, met een aantrekkelijk salaris tussen €2.992 en €4.178 bruto per maand en 25 vakantiedagen.
Je moet beschikken over een mbo-niveau 4 diploma en bereid zijn tot het aanvragen van een VOG. Je krijgt begeleiding van een vaste contactpersoon binnen ons team.
