Business Development Center​/Call Center Representative

Rhinelander Auto Group is looking for an energetic, self-motivated BDC Service Representative to join our team! We offer paid training, a positive work environment, modern technology, and opportunities for career growth.

• Schedule vehicle service appointments by phone and computer.
• Answer guest questions about services.
• Follow up with guests after service visits.
• Multitask in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Strong computer, communication, and phone skills are required. Previous experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right person!

Hourly pay starting at $15.00 plus additional commission opportunities.
