VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Ear, Nose and Throat.

Description: Provider will need to see clinic patients Monday (1200
-1300 lunch) Tues would be a surgery day. Wednesday would be clinic from ( lunch) Thurs would be 0800 - 1700 (1200 - 1300 lunch) Friday would be a surgery day. Provider must be able to do all "bread and butter" ENT procedures. We have 2 audiologists in the clinic, capabilities to do some procedures in the clinic. Provider will need to take 1-3 call (10 days per month).
1099 Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
